This system was provided to a customer who’s energy bills had risen significantly, mostly working from home and having an annexe using a lot of electricity we installed a 5.9kwh solar array with a 5kw hybrid inverter with a 5kwh battery storage system, also with a little challenge of getting subcontractors in to remove glass skylights and replace with a watertight roof our in house scaffolder had quite a challenge. One the skylights had been replaced and the scaffold alterations complete the system was completed and another happy customer.

With limited roof space on this property, it was decided a ground mount system would be the best option. A hardcore base was installed then we proceeded to place 15 panels in trays with ballast on a raised bed to minimise shading across all panels. This customer had a 5.5 kw system with a 5kw hybrid inverter and a 5 kwh battery storage. As this was quite far away from the house a plant room was built local to the install with a duct dug all the way to the house.

On this install there was no south facing roof so it was decided that we could maximise the sun by putting panels on the east west facing roofs as these with 10 panels still getting over the 4kw mark in midday sun. the customer was getting an electric car so it was decided to install a 3.6kw hybrid inverter a 5kwh battery storage system and a 7kwh car charger to work in unison with the solar.

Another domestic solar install completed on this property with the energy price rises this customer wanted to reduce their bills with a 4.4 kw solar array with a 3.6kw hybrid inverter and a 5kwh battery storage, impressive install with a complicate cable route to the garage. All completed and left with a very happy customer.
