This install was a pretty unique system and not your average with the current owner of this property unsure on which was the best option already having an oil tank in situ, but after a couple of site visits and a chat with Keith The Shires Renewable Energy Hun provided heat loss calculations after some careful consideration we came to the conclusion that we could install two 8.5 kw Mitsubishi Ecodan air source heat pumps with 2 250l pre plumbed cylinders but to have them working separately across two floors as the ground floor is for when family come to visit and the first floor is a fully lived in area. Space was of the essence on this installation, so the customer built a plant room for the cylinders to go in but the route to the underfloor heating was something of a challenge but of course was expertly achieved.
